ABOUT
Amanda Urrutia is recent graduate from Texas A&M University. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Visualization in May of 2024.

Amanda specializes in Look Development & Grooming for animation and games. She has experience in grooming, surfacing/texturing on the shorts "Stuffed", "Flora & Fauna", and personal projects while attending Texas A&M University.

Amanda interned with the animation company Futaku Studios for 9 months, and continued as a seasonal contractor with Futaku Studios after the internship completed. Amanda was also accepted into the Animation Summer Industry Course at Texas A&M University under the mentorship of mentors at Dreamworks Animation and Meta. While completing her Bachelors, Amanda was also mentored by the Head of Characters, Michelle Robinson, at Walk Disney Animation Studios.
Amanda is also passionate about the fine arts, specializing in painting. She has exhibited in local small community exhibitions in Austin, Texas. While a student at Texas A&M Amanda worked as a Gallery Assistant at the Wright Gallery and a Collections Assistant at the Stark Gallery. Post graduation, she has worked for notable Texas artists, Felice House and Mary Saslow as personal assistants. She is currently employed as a seasonal worker at the Blue Genie Art Bazaar.
